I'm not sure what you are saying here.
I think you will find that CSD and BCN are similar companies, working on show-string budgets and getting the job done. In fact, CSD is running on fumes atm, needing a loan to tie them over until the acquisition is complete.
The good news for BCN is that it appears the bleeding has stopped, and as you say, once the operations get into full swing, cost improvements will ensure profitability. CSD will follow soon enough, and you should get a double-whammy.
