    simple fact is they have no capital, to do just about anything, let alone start the infrastructure to begin mining

    after the last quarterly they had 438k with an expected burn this qtr was 300k, so I expect that they have around 200k left

    so I await to see the next move from the 'cowboys' that took over the management of Beacon.
