I've got no idea what Kaolin is worth, and not much info from AXE on the grade/quality or size of this deposit. It must be super shallow, I think this has been mentioned in previous updates - very close to surface.
The thing that impressed me is the time line. Somebody was obviously waiting on the sideline for these drilling results and wanting to enter into some sort of initial negotiations/due diligence because there is no way a micro explorer can turn around drilling results and on the day they are reported have a potential customer already booked to start testing & trialing the material.
