I'm not sure that Archer is targeting the same customer base that A4N is targeting. A4N appears to be targeting production of 4N HPA for battery/LED applications, while Archer looks to be targeting other potential customers based on the properties of the deposit, as per this part of the announcement:
I don't see Archer talking up 4N HPA product in their releases which means it won't be competing with A4N
