Thoughts??? ... I have quite a few...

The way it has been timed ...the consolidation will occur before assay results can come to market. You would have thought that ex-stockbrokers would have done the consolidation on strength, with some basis to support the price.... after some positive announcements surely. So, either the timing of the consolidation was deliberate and done for some inscrutable purpose ... or these guys did the right thing to get out of stockbroking and to look for another form of employment. I am expecting the price to fall after the consolidation ....
The substantial holder who sold out did so just a couple of weeks before the announcement of the consolidation. That individual was a party named in the recent action taken to the Takeovers Panel, however the Panel declined to include them as an associate.
