Just like everyone was saying at the time of purchase and why this has been hammered since then. Why management couldn't see this or maybe it was a case of fishy backroom deals.

I think worth noting, FWIW, at the time of acquisition even the RBA wasn’t expecting a rise in base interest rates until 2024.
