tbh seems that way and that alone the board should be scrutinised. All these promises and then to pay a premium and the first half of trading already underperforming its a joke. They've done it before and they seem to be doing it again. How anyone can trust these guys is mind boggling and yet they continue to ask for more money from shareholders whilst price dwindles without cutting the costs that affect the bottom line. As long as they get there monthly director fees they couldn't give af, and thats the difference between a company thats gonna make it and one that wont. Plenty of better opportunities out there then to wait and hope for a turnaround here.
