In my time as a company director, I remember signing annual statements to the effect that I believed my company was able to pay all its debt and such like. This was usually done around tax time or when the books were done. So, if there is a possibility of 'a pointy end', the first thing to do is to look for liquidity, or else sell assets to get liquidity. That buys time to remedy things if need be...
I have often wondered, what are 'early warning signs'?
IMAO, this situation here is not akin to WOW selling off EDV, or AMP selling business units out of its conglomerate holdings,or Blackmores selling Global Therapeutics ... etc.
AIMAO and good luck to all holders.
