I’m sure you realise a buyer would have complete control of this 100 mill pa sale company for an investment of $1.604 mill. That is a 51% controlling interest giving the 51% talkover person full control of all decisions . What an opportunity to get 100 mill of turnover . But the big question has to be why is no one interested ????? 100 mill eh ????
