My only thought on the announcement is there is no real certainty of long term supply so how much will it cost HALO to set up, manufacturing and supply to Coles? East Coast? West Coast? Nationally?. Being won in a tender...what are the margins and total cost to serve? Anyway worth keeping an eye on. These types of short term contracts with the likes of Coles can be an expensive exercise if not successful but on the hand can be a windfall if it works. Coles will be treating this as a suck and see exercise with nothing to lose on their side. So tread carefully.
