Asic needs to investigate this company. All of the founders have left their managerial positions after cashing on favourable sale terms, management remuneration is crazy high for a company that hasn't made profit, acquisition performance 'suddenly' becomes less profitable/unprofitable after acquisition.
it's all shady to me. The share price has tanked because no one trust the board.
