The synergies between the 2 appear to be limited.
So without re-structuring the entire new organisation to get a proper fit, I struggle to see where improved operational efficiencies/ economies of scale (leading to improvement in revenues and as such share market value) will come from?
What I see is one small-mid size company acquiring a struggling, low end- small size company.
