    It also shows total contempt for share holders in my opinion. All he needed to say was that his strategic vision for the company is to grow the business through acquisition. Absolutely blind sided share holders here. What the real problem here is that his real vision for the company would be marked down by. So begs the question should the CEO have been disclosing the strategy.
