Pro- Peloton doing part of the raise. THM strong brand, looks well run, loyal following.
Con- Bell Potter doing part of the raise. Sales price seems cheap, need to see THM balance sheet, why did it end up in HLF and not get sold to someone stronger. Probably due to this....THM revenue 2017 $10m, Whiteoak predicated $100m within 5yrs, 2018 $20m, 2019 $22m, 2020 $?, 2021 $21m.
Will keep a keen eye on it but looks like a private equity, founder cash out of a stale start up before lockdown induced sales momentum leaves the financial reports.
