I agree with most of what you said. But then you threw this line in and that confused me because it suggests you didn't read the presentation?

"If they won a contract to start manufacturing the F&B lines for THM I would be happy".

You will find that a large part of the entire premise of the acquisition is exactly that:

"Contract manufacturing and R&D synergies via the manufacturing of core products to be brought in house (Melbourne & Sydney) – estimate of $4-5m contract manufacturing to be brought in-house"
