As they say, they're prepared to sell the the company as a whole. Here are the options:
- Competitors wait until further notice, they might get it half price
- Corporate buy-out guys ... but the ones we know have left, what ROE could / would other risk hungry capital managers compute with HLF?
- New management and capital restructuring? New shares at 1 for 10?
- Globalinvestor buys in, or takes over ...
