Pretty obvious that the market is sick of this company's bs and they are now reading through these announcements.
A year ago that announcement would have pumped 40% or so. Now it barely moves. This is what happens when management destroy shareholders wealth and trust....
Next thing is the raise, see if they can get anyone on board, gonna be at quite the discount if they are to do so
