    Could well be the funding corporation noted mberko...ie,assuming Specialty Materials Investments, LLC is an arm of Specialty Materials (Lowell, MA USA)
    If so then it would appear Monica Rommel is the key person via takeover of SMI by Global Materials in 2019:
