HALT: AIR: AIR NEW ZEALAND REQUESTS TRADING HALT
Air New Zealand advises that it has requested a trading halt from NZX and
ASX. The Crown has announced that it is currently conducting a sell-down of
a material part of its shareholding in Air New Zealand. Although the Crown's
intention to sell some of its shareholding was made public some time ago, Air
New Zealand considers that it is appropriate to halt trading until the
outcome of the Crown sell-down is known. This will enable the market to
resume trading with all shareholders and investors aware of the outcome.
