Allied Farmers Limited ("ALF")
Trading Halt of Securities
NZX Market Supervision advises that Allied Farmers Limited (ALF) have not
issued to NZX their Annual Report for the full year ending 30 June 2012,
which under NZSX/NZDX Listing Rule 10.5.1, was due to be issued to NZX on 30
September 2012.
Pursuant to the policy set out in Footnote 2 of Listing Rule 5.4.3, if an
Issuer has not issued its Annual Report within 5 Business Days of the due
date, quotation of that Issuer's Securities will be suspended until the
Issuer has issued its Annual Report.
If ALF does not provide its Annual Report by Market Close on 05 October 2012,
NZX gives notice that trading in the above named securities will be
suspended, effective from the commencement of trading 08 October 2012.
