("FBI090")

Message:

Please be advised of the following information relating to the rollover of
the Fletcher Building Industries Limited March 2015 Capital Notes ("FBI090").

The Election Date for FBI090 is Sunday, 15 March 2015 and the Election Record
Date is 5pm, Tuesday, 27 January 2015.

Accordingly, trading in FBI090 will be halted at close of business on
Thursday, 22 January 2015.

For those who elect to retain their Capital Notes on the new terms, quotation
of the new FBI140 securities will commence on Monday, 16 March 2015, being
the business day immediately following the Election Date.

The new terms and details of FBI140 will be provided in a Quotation Notice,
which will be released to market at such time as the information is
available.

A timetable of events is below:

Final day of trading in FBI090: Thursday, 22 January 2015
Election Record Date: Tuesday, 27 January 2015
Election Notices returned to Registry: Wednesday, 25 February 2015
Election Date: Sunday, 15 March 2015
Commencement of trading in FBI140: Monday, 16 March 2015
