Message:
NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, further to the announcement released by
Goodman Fielder Limited ("GFF") earlier today, trading in GFF ordinary shares
("GFF") will be halted at close of business on Tuesday, 3 March 2015.
The trading halt is being put in place prior to the Record Date for the
Scheme of Arrangement as previously advised to the market.
