Subject : IFT110 Maturity and Exchange for IFT180
Message:
NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the Infratil ("IFT") Bonds ("IFT110")
are due to mature on 15 November 2012.
Under the Exchange Offer announced on 9 October 2012, IFT110 bond holders
have the option to exchange one IFT110 bond for one IFT180 bond.
Alternatively, holders of IFT110 bonds who do not wish to participate in the
Exchange Offer will have their IFT110 bonds redeemed on 15 November 2012 in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the IFT110 bonds.
IFT180 bonds allotted under the Exchange Offer will be allotted during the
course of the day on Thursday 15 November 2012. Participants should check
whether or not their clients have been allotted IFT180 bonds before executing
any trades in IFT180 bonds on 15 November 2012.
The timetable of events is set out below:

5.00pm, Friday 9 November Trading of IFT110 bonds is halted
5.00pm, Wednesday 14 November Closing date for Exchange Offer
Thursday 15 November Issue date for IFT180 bonds under the Exchange Offer
Maturity date for IFT110 bonds
Trading commences in IFT180
Trading in IFT110 will be halted at close of business on Friday 9 November
2012 until the maturity date of Thursday 15 November 2012.
