Following the announcement by Kingfish Limited on 18 July 2012, please be
advised that the Kingfish Limited Warrants (KFLWB) final exercise date is
Monday, 3 September 2012.

Any KFLWB Warrants not exercised by Monday, 3 September 2012 will lapse.

The last trading day in KFLWB will be Wednesday, 29 August 2012 prior to
trading in KFLWB being halted at close of business.

KFLWB will be removed from the NZSX market from close of business on Monday,
3 September 2012.
