Trading Halt of Securities

NZX Market Supervision ("NZXMS") advises that, at the request of the company,
it has placed a trading halt on Metlifecare Limited Ordinary Shares (MET)
from pre-market open while a bookbuild process is conducted.

The trading halt will remain in place until MET notifies NZX of the outcome
of the bookbuild process.
