NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that Pyne Gould Corporation Limited ("PGC")
has still not provided to NZX its Annual Report which, under NZX Main Board
Listing Rule 10.4.1, was due to be announced to NZX on or before 30 September
2015.

The 5 business day period has now expired and quotation of PGC ordinary
shares ("PGC") has been suspended, effective this morning, Thursday, 8
October 2015.
