Late Annual Report
NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that Pyne Gould Corporation Limited ("PGC")
has not issued to NZX its Annual Report for the year ending 30 June 2014,
which, under NZX Listing Main Board/Debt Market Rule 10.4.1, was due to be
announced to NZX on or before 30 September 2014.
Pursuant to the policy set out in Footnote 2 of NZX Main Board/Debt Market
Listing Rule 5.4.3, if an Issuer has not issued its Annual Report within five
Business Days of the due date, quotation of that Issuer's securities will be
suspended until the Issuer has issued its Annual Report.
Accordingly, if PGC does not provide its Annual Report by Market Close on
Wednesday 8 October 2014, NZXR gives notice that trading in PGC ordinary
shares will be suspended, effective from the commencement of trading on
Thursday 9 October 2014.
