Further to the announcement on 1 October 2014, NZX Regulation advises that
Pyne Gould Corporation Limited ("PGC") has still not provided NZX with its
Annual Report for the year ending 30 June 2014, which, under NZX Main Board
Listing Rule 10.4.1 was due to be issued to NZX on or before 30 September
2014.

The five business day period has now expired and trading in PGC ordinary
shares has been suspended, effective this morning, Thursday, 9 October 2014.
