Trade Me Group Limited ("TME")
Trading Halt of Securities

NZX Market Supervision advises that, at the request of the company, the
trading halt on Trade Me Group Limited Ordinary Shares (TME) will continue
while Fairfax Digital Holdings NZ Limited is conducting a bookbuild process
for the disposition of a portion of its holding of TME shares.

The trading halt will remain in place until  TME notifies NZX of the outcome
of the bookbuild process.
