TrustPower Limited advises that the Record Date for its "series 12"
subordinated bonds (which mature on 14 September 2012) is Friday 31 August.

TrustPower Limited confirms that a trading halt on the "series 12"
subordinated bonds has been granted by NZX from close of trading on Tuesday
28 August until the maturity date on Friday 14 September.
