Subject : AMP Investments' Word Index Fund ("WIN") - Delisting
Message:
Further to the announcement released today, Monday 16 July 2012, NZX Market
Supervision ("NZXMS") advises that, at the request of AMP Capital Investors
(New Zealand) Limited, AMP Investments' Word Index Fund will be delisted and
its units will cease to be quoted on the NZSX, from the close of business on
Monday 30 July 2012.
The last day of trading in WIN units will be Wednesday 25 July 2012.
Investments in the Fund will be realised and paid to investors in cash (net
of expenses) shortly after the fund closes on Monday 17 September 2012.
