   Maturity

Message :

NZX Market Supervision ("NZXMS") advises that following the announcement by
Works Finance (NZ) Limited on Wednesday, 22 August 2012, WKS020 will mature
on Saturday, 15 September 2012.

Trading in WKS020 will be halted at market close on Friday, 31 August 2012
until the Maturity Date of Saturday, 15 September 2012.

In accordance with the Master Trust Deed, bond holders will be repaid the
principal amount and interest on Monday, 17 September 2012. WKS020 will cease
quotation  on NZDX on Monday, 17 September 2012.

The timetable of events is as below:

Friday, 31 August 2012 Trading in WKS020 is halted (5.00pm)
Wednesday, 5 September 2012 Record Date (5.00pm)
Saturday, 15 September 2012 Maturity Date
Monday, 17 September 2012 Repayment date and Cease Quotation on NZDX.
