I believe that the merger is definietly going to happen. Judging by some of the comments on here there are some investors buying in and they are unaware of the merger hence the share price increase recently.

I think CPH know how the market has reacted to the news about the merger & they are trying to keep it on the down low until its official. Potentially a trading holt & whisked away to CSE to prevent a sell off? Not sure if they are alowwed to do that.
