    you would be right Edward, and it is a valid point, however, part performance of a contract is where consideration has already passed from one to another (acorns case) for those familiar with legal precedent.

    creso has purchased equipment for halucenex to use in an extraction process for their latest project. this can be considered part performance of a contract therefore it's much much harder for them to back out now, because a good legal team would stop them from being able to exit the contract at this point or cripple halucenex financially by dragging through the courts.

    also they both need each other. creso provides the cheque book and halucenex provides a stable moat for creso until they can generate some serious sales.

    just my thoughts.

    (so yes it's still not a done deal ^^ but it closes out range of probability of it falling apart)
