There may be variance between different SSRI's, but the information came from a friend who gained no effect from multiple escalating doses (doubled each time) of psilocybin over a period of months. They suspended dosing until they weaned themselves off the SSRI they were prescribed with.
Then they started psilocybin dosing again at the lowest dose they took previously.
This time, it had a profound effect.
Just stating my opinion, as always. Happy to be proven wrong.
