Honestly, it is a pretty sad state of affairs that a month after this announcement, hanging some sort of hope on "acquisitions" to get some excitement into the otherwise uneventful months since the IPO.
~ It is standard fare for Company's that acquire projects or are the result of asset splits, that are neither a producer/miner or verging on being a producer/miner include the "pursuing acquisitions and/or partnerships" and/or "opportunities" for potential shareholder growth in their Prospectuses or Quarterlies.
~ focusing on high quality assets with low capital expenditure requirements rather than actually focusing on their core business.

I guess the EQN Prospectus was word smithed from the PF1 Prospectus?

With a very minimal M & A budget, it will sure need to be a "high quality, low capital expenditure" acquisition but I have no doubts that raising capital would not be a problem.
