Yer that one was a classic, the $200,000,000.00 Texas asset that a few years later he (RRS) said was sold for $34m but did not sell, then after Landau was gone from RRS, RRS threw it back at CTR (Landau) for $1.8m in total. (I always felt that Landau (CTR) was coerced into paying so much for it, $1.8m!
