The Age has an article today. That the staff/employees have loan agreements for their shares in the company.
The issue is whether thses will experience a margin call. Who pays for this the employee or the company...shareholders.
So will the thing keep falling like house of cards.
Still too many issues....why can't the management buy shares with cash instead of leveraged loans.
I expect the dividend might be cut to have a buyback to prop the shareprice from further falls. To project the management staff and shareholders.
