The market is pricing in significant 'share pricing risk' for MFG.
This is good. I like risk, I don't like 'blue sky'.
But this doesn't mean every opportunity will work out, just because the market prices in risk, sometimes the market is right, and sometimes its not.
Its not a 100% probability equation.
But as part of a diversified portfolio, holders of MFG are at least compensated for risk. (ie its much less risky to own a share of MFG at $17 than at $50, but that risk is not risk free).
Does this make sense?
