At the moment it looks like WGO will end up with STX. Min and Gino as major stakeholders with the rest of the shares being held by minority shareholders who haven't sold or have bought in expecting the share price to go higher,
Let's suppose this ends up being the case. Who would initiate a delisting and why? and who would end up with all of WGO's assets?
