I doubt if STX will need to go to 1.1 STX for 1 WGO to get the job done .
I got approximately that by selling my WGO holding for 39.5 then rolling the cash back into STX at 36 .
I should have been more patient as STX has been down to 35 since I sold the WGO's.
There is a fight on over WGO at the moment but the big money may just want the whole project .
STX may come back a little after the dust settles but on a see through valuation of what WGO owns STX is a sitting duck .
