    Interesting Hancock 3rd bidders statement focussed on rubishing STX as operator If Hancock get control how does she think she’s going to get along with the operator !Also I note she has not said FINAL so at this thaw this doesn’t rule out higher offerMaybe why BoD have said take no action ?
