To be fair, it has been less than 24hrs since the Hancock deal was tabled. And after being scrutinised for their "due diligence" process over the BPT bid, they will want to at least give the perception they are taking the time to actually doing some thinking/analysing, or they are waiting on instructions from RBC.
If this is rejected in favour of BPT, then they need to be sacked immediately and they can go apply for a job with Sepp Blatter at FIFA.
