I really find it interesting that someone can put out such a cleverly worded statement which makes the majority of the readers think Hancock is quite close to the condition required for the upping of their bid and ASIC does nothing to ensure greater clarity as it is quite misleading. Yet companies can be taken over the coals for greenwashing for changing the background from one colour to green.
