    No, I believe your calculations are incorrect. The statement regarding three of Warrego's largest shareholders have accepted cash BUT.... two of them (The two D's) accepted 28 cents, whilst Regal sold for near 35 cents to Min. I believe Hancock still would have circa 26% shares.
