    I really hope Hancock don't get 40% because I want D&D to be stuck with 28 cents. Without REGAL I don't think they can get to 40%. Too many dual STX/WGO holders will side with STX; and if MINRES come in with an offer higher than 36 cents, then Hancock's offer will be dead in the water.
