Ann: Hancock Offer - Completion of despatch of bidder's statement, page-7

I may have missed it but did the BoD support or recommend the Hancock offer. Last I saw was DO NOTHING, BPT withdraw and a statement from Hancock threatening minority ownership.

Surely the Chairman must come out and advise shareholders whether they believe that we should or should not accept, as well as the implications.

Maybe I missed something here.
