Well, I just posted on the STX forum, because to be honest I am stumped by the wording in the recent comments re this notice.
Because Minres has not made a formal bid, are they required to actually have to do it in this short time frame still, or because STX triggered the takeover, that every entity that changes by 1% has to notify.
As far as the time in concerned, I may have misunderstood, but I thought it had to be the next day by 9.30am.
