Hmmm. I'd love to believe that management have dipped into their own pockets to take up a personal stake in the company. That would indeed be positive...but completely counter to their historical behaviour. Perhaps an employee loan share scheme with no money down and the opportunity to wait and see?? I guess it will all come out in the wash eventually, whether through annual reporting or otherwise. Whatever the case, I welcome any move that genuinely motivates the Board and management to align their interests with we shareholders, on the bold assumption that this is one such move.
