The 'historical behaviour' of this company under the leadership of Boston, Kay and Scrimgeour has/was always aligned with shareholders. They kept overheads (such as leasing office space etc) to a minimum. Compared to other small cap companies their salaries were also fair or often below market averages. Not to mention they kept SOI below 100m and took the shareprice from around 10c to a high of $3.40. If you are going to talk about historical behaviours.....I'd like to have more of those behaviours!
